North Bound South Grand Island Bridge is open as of this moment and traffic is flowing.
As always, unless you must travel over Grand Island and pay the toll. River Road and Niagara Falls Blvb. into the Niagara Falls Area are always alternatives. These routes may seem like they take longer, but your going to spend time either way.
