ICE deports international fugitive wanted for rape in Mexico

MIAMI - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Wednesday deported Rafael Alvarado-Reyes, 24, wanted by Mexican law enforcement authorities for rape.Alvarado-Reyes, a Mexican national, was turned over to authorities in Mexico, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
