MEANWHILE...A 29.3 INCH LOW OFF THE CAROLINA COAST WILL LIFT NORTHEASTWARD DEEPENING TO 28.7 INCHES AS IT REACHES NOVA SCOTIA BY SUNDAY. BEHIND THIS LOW...THE PLAINS HIGH WILL GRADUALLY WORK TO THE EAST ACROSS THE OHIO AND TENNESSEE VALLEYS ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. SOUTHWEST TO SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY BETWEEN LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO PROVINCE AND THE REGION OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES.
