Zadalis, director, air plans, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, U.S.Central Command, Kabul, Afghanistan, to director of intelligence, operations and nuclear integration, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.
