A High Wind Warning Remains In Effect From 2 AM To 2 PM EDT Saturday. * Locations...Southern Erie And Chautauqua Counties. * Timing...Early Saturday Morning Through Early Afternoon. * Winds...Southeast 30 To 40 Mph With Gusts To 60 Mph. * Impacts...Strong Winds May Bring Down Trees And Power Lines Resulting In Possible Power Outages. Those Operating High Profile Vehicles Should Exercise Extreme Caution...Especially On The New York State Thruway From The Hamburg Exit To The Pennsylvania State Line. 

A High Wind Warning Is Issued When Sustained Winds Of 40 Mph Are Expected For At Least An Hour...With Gusts Of 58 Mph Or Greater At Any Time.
