Motioncenter.info completely embarrassed a local radio station by pointing out the fact that Motion Center was offering the information faster and more accurately then their traffic reporter. this included the fact that their reporter gave the wrong city for the location of a head on accident.
Just prior to afternoon drive the account that feeds Motion Center information through facebook, was disabled. This was because some one reported the account as Inauthentic account. Which is odd because there is a credit card linked to the account.
Instead of accepting competition for what it is, an opportunity to look at yourself and improve your product, someone reported the account, as inauthentic.
It's kinda shameful that this would occur. All it does is validate the fact that one person with a laptop and some technical and SEO knowledge can constantly deliver more accurate and timely information then their station.
Two days into the new year. You really ready for this?
Thing is Motion Center can take risks and improve product. Unlike some media outlets that haven;t changed much in two decades.
