Colleges are Preparing use care Flatbead trailer disabled on 198 ramp to Buffalo State

The traffic is very heavy on and around Buffalo State Campus in Elmwood Avenue, as new students and their families are on campus unloading and getting things together for another successful semester.

Also there is a flatbead truck with steel tubes disabled on the ramp leading from the 198 to the campus exit, it is lcoated on the blind curve so be in the left hand lanne to avoid any issues.
